Differentiated worksheet
Final task students apply their knowledge to exam questions & self/peer assess with given mark scheme.
*I did this lesson in the sportshall, with the powerpoint projected onto the wall, with the pictures printed and stuck around the hall. This gave space for the students to work & you could see them performing the actions on the pictures to try and figure out the joint / bones which are involved in the movement! The students really enjoyed the lesson & were really engaged throughout!

Lesson created as a one-lesson crash course of the Energy systems topic from Unit 1 - Anatomy & Physiology (Level 3 BTEC Sport).
My students have found the energy systems topic to be the most challenging from the 5 body systems studied throughout the course. This lesson was created as a ‘crash-course’ of the energy systems topic to cover everything they need to know in one lesson.
Students found this lesson to consolidate the most important bits of information from the topic & create a revision sheet with all the information they need to know.
